Book # 27 -- Applied Instant Movement -- Self and Others

To partake in instantaneous movement over great distances you will need to have studied your target location, and be fairly proficient with magic.
Otherwise just tag along with someone who can teleport!
There are three special actions available:

Cast Teleport to Hex (quest slot # holding hex info, and optional code #
for tag-alongs) - This special action will teleport you to the hex marked with the indicated quest slot. Casting the spell will consume 15 magic points. You may bring other characters with you if they use the proper special action (mentioned below) and they use the correct code number (which you determine).
For example, let's pretend I have hex 105092 marked in my quest slot # 2.
I also have 15 or more MPs. To teleport to that hex, I would use this special action:
Cast Teleport to Hex using slot # 2, code # 333
If I wanted to let others tag along, I would have to inform them of the code number, and they would have to use the below special action.

Cast Teleport to Residence (item ID # of residence, and optional code # for tag-alongs) - This special action will teleport you to the residence specified. You MUST possess the residence. It cannot be in Quartermaster
Storage. Casting the spell will consume 10 magic points. You may bring other characters with you if they use the proper special action (mentioned
below) and they use the correct code number (which you determine).
For example, let's pretend I possess a residence (item ID#1234) that is situated in hex 105092. I also have 10 or more MPs. To teleport to that residence (and thus that hex), I would use this special action:
Cast Teleport to Residence # 1234, code # 333
If I wanted to let others tag along, I would have to inform them of the code number, and they would have to use the below special action.

Teleport with (character ID # of person casting teleport, and the code
number) - You can go with a person casting teleport if they let you know the code number they will be using.
For example: Teleport with Char ID # 11, code # 333

The teleports happen at the very end of the turn.
