Dragon blood can have an incredible effect. From a dragonspawn sometimes
is born a child with the body of a human but the head looking more like
a dragon. In most respects a Drakan is much like a human. Such beings
enjoy a few known non-human benefits though, and perhaps others not yet
known. Drakan share the same advantages an elf does in regards to magic
point recharge and maximum. After reaching a PL of 2000 a Drakan is able
to develop the Firebreathing skill, if the appropriate catalyst item can
be found and ingested.
