Conclusive proof will most likely elude me for years, if not forever.
Yet I am of a strong opinion that the current phase of the moon
exerts some effect over the power of magic.

Spells cast in the time of the Full Moon have often seemed slightly
more powerful to me.

The reverse has seemed true to me at times as well... spells cast
during the time of a New Moon seem slightly weaker.

I welcome any evidence you have to support or denounce this theory.
